Delivery
ITEMS READY TO SHIP: Orders that are ready to ship will go out within 1-3 days of payment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International shipping is available. Please contact me directly for a shipping quote. International customers will be responsible for any customs or taxes your country may charge upon delivery to your country.
I take great pride in packaging each item, making sure it arrives safely to its destination. If an item is damaged in transit, please send a message to discuss options for repair.
Handmade by Simply Grace is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once it leaves the shop, responsibility for the package relies solely with Canada Post, or USPS if shipped to the United States.
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your picture for any reason I will be happy to refund you your money if you contact me within 7 days of delivery. Please send me a message to let me know you are returning the item. Carefully repack the item in the original packaging, and pay for the return shipping to me. Once I have received the item, I will refund you the purchase price of the item.
If damage occurs during shipping, please contact me and appropriate action will be taken depending on the damage.
Cancellations and/or full refunds will not qualify once a package has been marked as shipped.
